Zantray Transfert is a legally independent company and a subsidiary of BHZK. Regulated activities — money transfer, payments, currency exchange — are carried out once the applicable authorisations have been obtained: MSB status and FinCEN registration where required, and a Money Transmitter licence in Florida. Each corridor opens once the required authorisations, licences and partners are in place.
